When Morgan says these are the workouts you don’t wanna do while you’re doing it but you are so happy you did it afterwards, she’s stating facts lol. I always feel blah about mobility exercises but I feel so good afterwards. My back was in so much pain before this and now, I can move without wanting to cry. Such an amazing stretch session!
