Wow soooo nice! I am going to my first concert in THREE years tonight - and it just so happens to coincide with the worst, most painful day of my cycle. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to enjoy myself. But. This practice relaxed, stretched, soothed and opened me up, so I can still have a good time tonight. Thank you Morgan!!
