Love love love! Short, to the point (got my heart rate up and sweaty). Did with bands and definitely feeling the burn. Finished with a 30 minute stroller run.

I can’t say it enough how much I love and appreciate these 10 minute workouts!! The burn was so good, short and sweet! I’m feeling burnt out so this was perfect!

Had something come up for work, so I couldn't get to the gym and had hardly any time. I am SO thankful for this workout! It was super fast, but I am still completely winded and could feel the burn while I did it. Thank you, Hannah!
