Woooo this was a good one! I havenโt gotten my heart rate up in a while and it felt great. Definitely adding this workout to my weekly schedule.

3 rounds took me 20 minutes ๐ I did this one because I'm out of town and didn't have anything! It was a great time to just get some sweat in!!
