I can't count and did an extra round but just made me work a little harder ๐ really enjoyed this one. Like how it can be made more challenging by adding weight/bands but also done with just bodyweight.

It would be really helpful to have the ladder rounds and supersets written in the description too in case I have to watch on mute ๐ฌ ๐คช sweaty as heck anyways!
