Ok Brad. This kicked my ass. Will work this and see how I evolve. Have discovered through these sessions that my big limiting factor is my left hip which is somehow rotated or restricted by some combination of deep muscles. But that “hard stop” on the left side is slowly (very slowly) softening, which gives me hope that with continues practice I can correct and unblock that side (right side is much less restricted). Thanks Brad. Will keep you updated.
