Never encountered this way of getting into front split before! Not saying I made it all the way, but I was lower down than I have ever been. 🙏🏻

Very cool. Never saw this way to get to front split (from
Hurdler stretch to false front split then internally rotate for true front split). Very clever and takes some
Pressure off from classic “get from split and let weight sink you”. Great stuff Brad. Keep it coming!
