This is such a fast paced hiit. And it was perfect for after my shift. I didnβt feel like doing anything but drove to the gym anyway. Perfect if you wanna take it easy on the upper body β€οΈβ€οΈβ€οΈ with low impact but high intensity legs. Just what I needed!
