Heyo! I did this in a hotel gym but you can do it anywhere with hardly anything. This is a leg burn out because we take five exercises and instead of spreading them out, we repeat the reps 3x, really BURNING out our legs. π ...Β more

I feel like since Iβve done this the last time, no, I actually KNOW I am stronger because of following your program for years. Yes this workout was still very challenging but I can tell that my muscle gains are stronger, larger, and more capable!!!
