3/4 years later this is still so incredibly helpful! I get to practice pincha finally! First time I saw this tutorial I thought pincha was unattainable :) now I’ve been able to mess and play with it!

I did core fatigue 2 before I did this practice and I was actually able to hold like a 10-15 second pincha!! The longest I’ve held. Including small children trying to push me over 🙌🏼

Since I’ve did this tutorial for the first time, I practice pincha almost everyday and the progress is so big and quick! Thank you for feeling stronger and better❤️
PS: I couldn’t believe how important is to have stretched and warm hamstrings🙈(sometimes it was even easier for me to practice after leg day😆❤️)
