I have really really enjoyed this flow/tutorial. It surprised me that I am not as bad at backbends as I thaught😂 (maybe the difference was caused by warm body😊). King cobra was sooo hard but now I know what to work on🥰. Then, love pigeon pose with backbend😍. And finally I have new favourite pose - puppy with straight legs☀️ Thank you for beautiful intro, it picked my practice to a new level ❤️
