- run a mile at a steady pace for a warm up

1 Mile Run

Alternate between each exercise: 20 seconds sprinting, 20 seconds walking for a total for 8 minutes.

- Sprint as fast as you can for 20 seconds
- keep your knees high and use your arms to power through

Treadmill Work

- run this mile as fast as you can, trying to keep it under 10 minutes

- Keeping your core tight
- Raise your knees up as high as possible toward your armpits
- Avoid swinging

Hanging knee ups

- Hang from a bar and focus on activating your core
- Tuck your knees up to one side in a controlled manner
- Lower with control and repeat to the opposite side

Hanging oblique knee tucks

- Hang from a bar with arms completely extended
- Raise your legs higher than your hips
- Keep your core activated
- Hold for time

Hanging L-sit hold

First time doing a workout here and OMG!! It was so good and the perfect amount of challenge!!

Definitely not for beginners! I would also suggest not using much equipment because a lot of people who workout from home don’t have equipment! Great work out but I’m so dead and sore from yesterday’s workout. 🙃😂

Never done bicep push ups so that was interesting 😂

Offering alternate for pull ups. I don’t have that equipment at home and wasn’t sure what a good swap would be for that motion.
