Loved this flow, backbends have always been my favorite since i was a kid! (Always spent more time bending the wrong way round 🤣) but been feeling super stiff after having my children and not stretching and playing as much as i should, was really nice to have a good stretch. Looking forward to seeing my progress in this pose as i continue following your practises ☺️
