I just finished my 300 hr with her a few days ago and what I miss most is morning Sadhna. I too this training on a whim and boy was it rewarding. With all my luv to my teacher!!

There is so much strength of different muscles involved in all these postures, I was doing them in a much more passive and also easier way but also with less integrity and support and less probability to continue deepening them with time. Thank you for such detailed instructions!
