Really good! I do have 2 questions though: is the pelvic tilted slightly in a cat tilt or neutral? What if the elbows can’t be straight when the hands are interlocked?

This was a great wake up pose.. when yoy stare forward my neck is strained is that natural ?

Talia, is the master teacher with a heart of gold. Make sure your ears are open because she drops gems throughout and you want to catch them so you can instill it deep within you. I just finished my 300 hr with her a few days ago and what I miss most is morning Sadhna. I too this training on a whim and boy was it rewarding. With all my luv to my teacher!!
