It was a bit difficult coordinating everything! Also I sense a great amount of tension in my neck, and inflexibility in my shoulder movement (I can’t fully frame my face on the inhale, and on the exhale I am unable to bring my elbows fully together). Quick question, I noticed that when I inhale I actually inhale into my stomach, so my navel does not come in. Are you suggesting I should inhale into my chest and actively bring my navel in? Thanks again Talia!

Liked it aloh. In the exhale it's not very clear about the palms, is the priority to touch elbows at a 90ish degree level or is it more important to close the palms -in that case my elbows are touching but resting on my boobs haha, I don't have enough flexibility at this point to achieve both I guess..

It was a little tricky to get the breathing right without engaging the stomach. But got it finally after a stumbling few attempts... but the rib flare isn’t that obvious yet

That last comment was great. All backbends begin from a place of lift, I will always remember that!
