This was heart pumping asana, but I think I liked it in some weird way, I like what and how you are explaining asanas and that knowledge is power, knowing how to perform asana is 90% making you closer to Yourself and 10% practice.

This was so helpful, I am doing one of your flexibility classes thru the Alo app where you touch base on how to properly do it by always keeping the chest touching the legs, but the camera missed some angles (in the Alo class); and here I find it so explenatory and perfect camera focus! There is so much strength of different muscles involved in all these postures, I was doing them in a much more passive and also easier way but also with less integrity and support and less probability to continue deepening them with time. Thank you for such detailed instructions!
