Feeling powerful! Also, love your little reminders on form; the suitcase squat to lunge and reminder to really “ground the pinky toe” into the lunge helped a lot.

Didn't care for this one too much, I felt more in my abs, and I didn't feel like my arms got as much attention. I might have done the workouts wrong, lol

Missed yesterday so I doubled up and did the mobility before this workout. The extra stretching felt amazing, and then this brought out all the burn and sweat! Feeling so strong and ready for week 4!!!
