-Run 5 miles at half-
marathon goal pace. 2 minutes rest.
-Run 1 mile at
10K goal pace
-Then a 15-20 minute easy run cool down

Was a bit ambitious of getting back to last years paces. Was a little slower on my 10k pace and about average for my half.
