W1/D2: Mile Specific Intervals

Interval session: -15-20 minute easy warmup plus drills and strides. Then run 10 times 400 meters or 1/4 mile at goal mile fitness pace (the pace you would like to be able to race a mile at) with 2 minutes rest between intervals. -15-20 minute easy cool down
