Need alternatives to some workouts. Don't have a pulley machine.

Listing alternatives to exercises would be great. Basically if that particular free weight isn’t available what’s the generic name of a machine that would be a substitute.

Great workouts! For me they are taking a little closer to 50-60 minutes at what feels like a decent pace.
