It's been an incredible 4 days so far. Workouts are extremely challenging, yet doable. My muscles feel wasted, but in a good way. Feel like I'm getting stronger each day. Thanks Ryan!

Good workout just couldn’t do the pull ups at the end. Might start with those next time

Not a chance I could do a single pull up at the end. Modified with flexed arm hang for about 5 seconds. Also no pull down bar so I modified with power bands attached to pull up bar.
