so so so good. this one is challenging, but i surprised myself by feeling strong today. i love the grounding breathwork at the end and the invitations to set and return to an intention throughout. great practice for the new year. ✨

Love a mandala flow. This one is strong & juicy with twists and hammy stretches. Feeling so energized and powerful to start the day. Good one to use mid day to clear out any yucky vibes.
