I have been incredibly mean to my physical manifestation of self recently. This was the first gift I’ve given it in a while. I usually don’t struggle with body-image, content to just show up and proud of how my body can move, being gentle with areas I need to modify. But recently have been so hateful toward my thighs, my belly, my face. This was my first moment of extending kindness in some time to the part of myself that is my body.
