I will never get tired of this practice! Used this video as prep and nourishment for my hips and body before a long international flight. The emotional release at the end catches me off guard every time.

This was such a blissful practice ✨📿 I still can’t find my banana pose 😅 but the rest was gentle, fluid and mellow. I was surprised at how much can be done without lifting your back off the mat !! Namaste 🙏🏻
