my body’s resistance has been so REAL for me… i didn’t wanna do this today, but ( after talking to myself on 3 separate occasions ) i said f it, and GOT. IT. DONE. 💪🏻 ( practicing bellybutton to spine helps so much with these workouts! highly recommend! )
