In September 2020 I was at my heaviest (199) and hated myself and became severely depressed. Virtual teaching didn't help the situation. I started walking but even would stop that and give up all together.  Fast forward to September 2021. I had been having health issues and lost a good 30 pounds without trying. I was so sick constantly and lowkey thought I had pancreatitis because I was in so much pain and couldn't eat anything.  In October, I stared using Michele's app after having it since the launch but never feeling confident enough to start. When she started her Facebook group, I got motivation from Michele & other people I've never even met before. I slowly worked up the motivation to start with one of the 5 minute ab workouts. I started getting up earlier in the mornings and working out before work.  I started the 30 day challenge and loved working out! I had felt like I hadn't deserved all my weight loss because I didn't do anything to "earn" it.  During this time, I figured out I have celiac disease (absolutely no gluten) and am allergic to wheat. That's what had caused my extreme pain, being so sick, and losing 30 pounds rapidly. I kept losing weight as I pushed myself using Michele's app.  I lost more weight and I'm down to what I was my senior year of high school (10 years ago). I'm in the smallest size pants I've ever been in (145 lbs size 4). I finally feel like I deserve the weight loss and feel more confident about my body. Am I completely satisfied with how I look? No & I probably won't ever be (eating disorder trauma plays a huge part in that) but I have worn a crop top and felt good about myself and that's HUGE for me!  I'm so thankful for Michele and her workouts. I've never felt more encouraged to workout than with her app & her lives! She has created such a safe, welcoming space for all.

As you know i have been with you since the beginning of your classes. I started at a size 10, & 175 pounds. i was able to get back to a size 0/00 & stay there thanks to your classes & guidance! a significant difference. i have felt so much stronger, have noticed more muscle & gained confidence back in myself! i was diagnosed with scoliosis in 2009. i haven’t been able to reach & touch my toes at all since before then. today though, after finishing one of the round booty & abs class, during the cool down at the end i was able to bend down & touch them!! which is such a big accomplishment for me. i never thought i would be able to get even close to doing that again! i want to thank you so much for helping me get to this point & for me to get stronger.
