Got a little ballsy on the chest press and upped weight on the second two rounds. Couldn’t quite complete all reps at that weight- but felt great going until failure

I really didn't feel like doing conditioning today but I knew I had it in me so I pushed through and I'm glad I did! Great workout! 💪💪
