Loved this! Before I started using your app, I struggled with consistency because I always felt defeated. I’ve enjoyed every workout I’ve done lately, I’m excited to workout and move my body. I haven’t been beating myself up for modifying. I went on vacation for 9 days and moved my body every single day. Biked 4 miles in the rain, went to the gym, walked, ran, etc. Thank you for being authentic and providing us all a safe place to enjoy movement and interact with each other!
