Went for a run today for cardio... it was like running with noodles for legs after yesterday's full body 😂😂😂 but my pup and I got 3 wobbly miles in anyway 🔥🔥🔥

Ran 1.90 miles in 20 mins. Slow and steady with my Rhodesian at 6q. The pink sky was beautiful!
