I did leg day conditioning and recovery yoga for my cardio today. I LOVE this day so much because it lets me knock out any of the conditioning that I either didn’t have time for or physically could not complete that day.

50 minutes was a struggle bus. I started out doing 2.5 run/2.5 sprint, but I wore out so fast. Then dropped it down to 2.5 jog/2.5 run. Then I just walked the last 10 minutes. Still did 4.5 miles but I’m pretty frustrated I wore out so fast!
