Did the buy in with 55 burpees and then this workout!! I'm not gonna lie I could hold myself during the last round of conditioning and had to call it!

Posterior plank. I didn't realize how tight I was. I couldn't get my elbows close enough behind me to get into a plank. Think of a baby doe trying to walk for the first time with its legs all sprawled out. 🤣 Any suggestions? I just tried to stretch a little in that position.
