I wish there could be more visual instruction or directions for using more standard dumbbells that are rounder or bulkier to hold. I don’t always know how to hold them for certain exercise like the good mornings

Love the strength I’ve gained and how noticeable it is after just 2 weeks…. Kinda crazy … still not a fan of conditioning 😅 much more into strength training
