I’m so glad for these chats! When I need them they are here for me. I’ve had a rough week, super sick with body aches and fever so a workout didn’t happen. Even though I’ve only been maintaining one workout a week, I knew breaking my streak on the calendar would be hard to get back from. So a talk about motivation to keep me consistent!
