Back after taking 5 days off from a very bad cold! Gave myself grace and only finished 1 round, still not 100% back to feeling better so I figured I needed to ease into it.

Had to take 2 weeks off due to me and my kids being sick, so I only did 2 rounds again, but still got a good workout in! My 6 month old also helped by making me hold her during the “non weighted”movements lol
