Hi girl. I’ve been doing your workouts for a couple years now. It brought me out of postpartum depression with my first and I continued to workout throughout my 2nd pregnancy because of you. I recently (almost 3 months ago) had a stroke. I couldn’t even walk on May 4th and now I’m back to working out. I have worked so hard to get here and your workouts are amazing and you have yet again inspired me to climb out of this depression. You are amazing, keep doing this please.
