Crazy awesome workout. The instructions regarding reps/time for the lung circuit could've been described better. Like really 1 minute each exercise, 30 seconds each leg, as opposed to 15 seconds per leg for each exercise. Wasn't quite sure which one it was. But either way great workout. Thank you!
