The warmup on this one isn't consistent. The written instructions have one thing and the video has another, and the video says tornado twists while you are showing alligator chops. Just a heads up.

I just realized that I was doing every hiit workout wrong!!!! I only was doing 2 rounds instead of 3....but today I did it right and I'm exhausted 💦😥...
