Wow. That was brutal but so good! I got to 12 burpees. Mine got soooo slow at the end:)

So like most people, I hate burpees. Today I wanted to see how many I could get. I made it to 11. I feel so good about it. Thank you for challenging me today ! Really felt this workout.
