I didn’t really understand if I was supposed to do it like you said, like one giant set A-D, since the rep quantity didn’t match (4 vs 5 for example).

I love this one! I just feel like it takes me forever to get through all those sets in the knee drive exercise. What’s the benefit of all those reps? I’m truly curious bc that might help me push through lol
