The written instructions show 45 seconds with 15 seconds rest; the verbal say 1 minute with 30 seconds rest.

I honestly love how most of the works don’t consist of certain amount reps for each exercise. I’ve notice that I push my self more when I know I have a certain amount of time to complete the exercise. But love the mixture to challenge my mentality.

Was it supposed to be 1 min on 30 sec off like normal/like you say in the video? Or 45 sec on 15 off like you wrote in the description?
