Loved it even though I needed to find alternatives for my knees ❤️❤️❤️ but it was such a good start to my week ❤️❤️❤️

That was rough! 10 rounds of thrusters!!! It took me 30 minutes to complete 5 rounds of the circuit, for those in a time crunch. I’m sure I’ll feel this in my shoulders and core tomorrow
