            meet your instructor!

            I am a 250hr RYT with a degree in Psychology. I am passionate about sharing how to use all 8 limbs of yoga to improve your mental health! The intention behind my styles of teaching in yoga is to help you reduce stress and relax your body and mind by creating a mindful awareness of the body and the breath. I teach trauma-informed flow, slow hatha, yin, and restorative yoga in hopes of helping you become more mindful of what your nervous system needs on any given day to leave you feeling rested and balanced. (if not physically, at least mentally lol) I have lived life on the road for 3 years now, and enjoy taking you with me by filming my yoga classes in beautiful places out in nature along my journey.             I'm a beginner, do you have classes for me?
            Yes! I have a "beginner" category in the app! Remember, its a yoga PRACTICE not a yoga perfect, so don't worry if it feels difficult or unnatural. (:
            Do I need to any equipment?
            For most of the yoga classes all you need is yourself and a yoga mat. However, some of the more restorative practices require the use of other props such as blocks, blankets and bolsters.
            Is the Mind on Yoga part of the monthly subscription?
            The yoga, breathwork and meditation practices from the Mind on Yoga Academy are available through the monthly subscription. However to gain access to the lectures about the scientific research and yogic philosophies behind why yoga can be so beneficial to your mental health, you'll need to make the one time purchase of the paid program, also available in my app!
