I am a 250hr RYT with a degree in Psychology. I am passionate about sharing how to use all 8 limbs of yoga to improve your mental health!
The intention behind my styles of teaching in yoga is to help you reduce stress and relax your body and mind by creating a mindful awareness of the body and the breath. I teach trauma-informed flow, slow hatha, yin, and restorative yoga in hopes of helping you become more mindful of what your nervous system needs on any given day to leave you feeling rested and balanced. (if not physically, at least mentally lol)
I have lived life on the road for 3 years now, and enjoy taking you with me by filming my yoga classes in beautiful places out in nature along my journey.
