What is it?

The Mind on Yoga Academy combines psychological research studies and ancient yogic philosophy to teach you how the mind is affected by a regular practice of yoga. You can practice what you learn in the lectures by using the guided yoga, meditation and breathwork practices all filmed in nature.

I'm a beginner, is The Mind on Yoga Academy for me?
Yes! The academy is designed for all levels of practitioner to learn more about how to use the 8 limbed practice of yoga to improve mental health!
Do I get lifetime access?
Yes! Once you purchase the course, you will have lifetime access, can do the course at your own pace, and have access to any new videos that will be added in the future!
Do I need to purchase equipment?
For most of the physical asana practices you will only need a yoga mat. Sometimes yoga blocks, blankets and bolsters are suggested but you can always use substitution props.
Will this academy fix all of my problems?
This course is designed to give you the tools to help you fix your problems. However without disciplines action on your part, the course will have little to no benefit. There is no magic potion or spell for problem solving, it takes time and conscious effort.
