Since my core is not that strong, the v-ups & butterfly sit-ups were a bit of a struggle.

Kicked my ass. 3 rounds in 20 mins, with a few modifications. One foot in front of the other. I’ll get there.

I can’t tell if my Triceps sand shoulders left or just got into the game..loved this! Had to moodily to 5 reps and not 10 on the last one though, push ups are where I’m most weak😂😂I’m so blessed to have found you!

Sooooo good 🔥 I had to modify and took me 30min to get through all 10 rounds. I'm excited to get stronger and do within 20min.

True story: I had a MRI and physical therapy today but managed to make up yesterday’s cardio and today’s session. My goal is to keep moving and overcome these minor barriers that are currently limiting my peak performance. Big thanks for the challenge!

When you gottaplay catch because you had duty and had to catch up on workouts. So I combines 8-10 days in one workout. Whew Chile!!!!

Didn’t think to look at the video before heading to the gym so instead of sliders, I used the TRX straps 😳😳😳 #ouch

This was the truth ! Very fun and challenging I didn’t think I was going to make it through the burpees. 😩

Half way through my shoulder and grip was done I had to finish it on the floor!! I got it done NO EXCUSES

Crazy week but finally caught up! Did these on the floor but I’m gonna try them again using the bar once I have access!

Oooh this was a hard for me. Took me longer than 20 minutes.

Late night sessions are the best. You hear me!!!

When you tryna be grown so you add a 1mile run to the end of your workout 💀

I definitely needed that stretch feeling good feeling great but overall...big challenge is starting a new week and gettin in that ass!

I for sure drop the ball this past week. Not driven at all really but I gotta shake it off. I’ll try to catch up so I can finish!
