I can’t tell if my Triceps sand shoulders left or just got into the game..loved this! Had to moodily to 5 reps and not 10 on the last one though, push ups are where I’m most weak😂😂I’m so blessed to have found you!

Sooooo good 🔥 I had to modify and took me 30min to get through all 10 rounds. I'm excited to get stronger and do within 20min.
