Low impact, yet challenging. I’m drenched! True story: I had a MRI and physical therapy today but managed to make up yesterday’s cardio and today’s session. My goal is to keep moving and overcome these minor barriers that are currently limiting my peak performance. Big thanks for the challenge! ~Tasha
