Amazing but some variations would have been good too! I came up with my own but hereโs to regaining enough strength so I donโt need any! ๐๐

Core, quads, and delts are on ๐ฅ๐ฅ Itโs been a bit of a stressful day, I really needed this. I used to hate doing HIIT exercises and anything with the word jump in it.. now I love it๐๐๐
