Amazing but some variations would have been good too! I came up with my own but here’s to regaining enough strength so I don’t need any! 💖💖

Core, quads, and delts are on 🔥🔥 It’s been a bit of a stressful day, I really needed this. I used to hate doing HIIT exercises and anything with the word jump in it.. now I love it🍑🍑😂
