Core, quads, and delts are on ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ Itโ€™s been a bit of a stressful day, I really needed this. I used to hate doing HIIT exercises and anything with the word jump in it.. now I love it๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜‚
