When you gottaplay catch because you had duty and had to catch up on workouts. So I combines 8-10 days in one workout. Whew Chile!!!!

This was my first time using the app. The workout was great, but I didn’t know how the flow of the work was supposed to go. Under each exercise it’s check points that keep track of each round but, i didn’t know whether to do everything at once or alternate.

Went straight into this badass circuit after working back & biceps 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 Never underestimate the power of body weight exercises 😅
